Every visit to Sanya, we like to stay here. the atmosphere of the hotel is relaxed. - the location is nice and unbeatable, a 15-minute walk from a bus station.

The hotel was huge and facilities were pretty nice, it had marvellous and stunning location short walk to airport, and Sanya at Shangrila's. The staff was responsible and made us feel comfortable. Tbh, had a really nice stay for three nights.

Breakfast, it was a bit pricey, could be better.

The breakfast at Shangri-La Sanya is very very good with lots of food choices available. the hotel's location is convenient, being near a large duty-free mall, restaurants, and the reception area. It is also close to the night market.

We had a great time at the hotel. The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the ocean and easy access to the nearby Atlantis water park. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the facilities, such as the kids' pool and the playground. it was a wonderful stay.

The pool bar service was quite slow, and the bartenders seemed to lack knowledge about the cocktails on their menu.
